• Aluminum Alloy: Most common; lightweight, durable, and heat-resistant.

• Steel (Galvanized or Stainless): Stronger and more durable, but heavier.

• Depends on your laser machine’s bed size.

• Custom sizes available based on the laser machine.

3. Cell Size (Grid / Aperture Size)

• Typically ranges from:

o 4–8 mm (small for precision work)

o 8–12 mm (standard for general cutting/engraving)

• Smaller cells reduce burn marks due to better airflow.

4. Thickness / Height

• Common thickness:

o 20–30 mm (standard)

o Lower beds (10–15 mm) may be used for shallow depth needs.
